Shipping Information:
All shipments are made via standard ground mail. This means there are no tracking numbers and can take up to 10 business days (15 overseas) to get there once it has been shipped. The physical shipping of the DVD can take up to 7 days, as orders are only shipped out on Thrusdays! If you suspect there is something wrong with your order, please email sales@wittywizard.com.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
All sales are final once the order has been shipped. If there is an error in your order please contact sales@wittywizard.com before they are shipped!

Why is my order taking so long? This is a super small business and we do everything through standard mail services. This means that we pack everything ourselves and have to head out to go mail things. Please give your order some time to get there, before emailing us right away!
When will you be selling more things? When we can! We are working on future DVDs and T-Shirts at the moment, but everything is still small scale! Thank you however, for your interest in supporting our shows!
